Terms of Service

The agreement

These terms are a contract between you and Bonus Bound ("we"). By using bonusbound.com you accept them. If you do not agree, do not use the site. You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract.

What we provide

A planning tool. We estimate which credit cards could cover a trip with points, what a welcome offer is worth, how many months a plan takes, and where to book with miles. A paid plan adds Bound (an AI assistant), a spending plan, and award booking links. We do not issue cards, sell flights, move points, or make bookings.

Not financial advice

Everything on the site, including Bound's answers, is general information and estimates. It is not financial, credit, legal or tax advice, and it is not a recommendation to apply for any card. Offers, fees, award prices, taxes and transfer rules change without notice and vary by person. Confirm every number with the issuer or airline before you act. You are responsible for your own credit and spending decisions.

Accounts

You sign in with Google. Keep your Google account secure; what happens under your account is your responsibility. One person per account. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, attempt to scrape it, or break these terms.

Subscription and billing

Bonus Bound Pro is billed in advance through Stripe at the price shown on the pricing page, plus any applicable tax. Monthly and yearly plans renew at the end of each period until you cancel. Cancel any time from Manage billing in your account menu; access continues to the end of the paid period, and we do not refund partial periods unless the law requires it. The Lifetime plan is a single payment for access for as long as Bonus Bound operates; it includes one planning call. You can ask for a refund within 14 days of payment. If the planning call has already taken place, we refund the payment less $125 for the call ($99 for a Lifetime plan bought before October 24, 2026); if it is booked but has not taken place, we cancel it and refund in full. After 14 days, the Lifetime plan is not refundable unless the law requires it. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email; a new price applies from your next renewal and never to a Lifetime plan already bought. Bank connections end after six months without a visit; you can reconnect them when you come back. Bound includes a monthly message allowance shown on the pricing page; we may adjust it with notice.

Bound, the AI assistant

Bound is an AI model. It can be wrong, out of date, or miss something that matters to you. Do not share card numbers, passwords or other secrets with it. We may review conversations to improve the service and to enforce these terms.

Linked financial accounts

Account linking through Plaid is optional and starts only when you connect an account on Plaid's screen. You authorize us to receive the balances and transactions you share and to use them to build your spending plan. You can disconnect at any time. You confirm the accounts are yours or that you are allowed to share them. Plaid's terms govern the connection itself. We are not responsible for the accuracy of data Plaid provides or for its availability.

Third-party sites and offers

We link to issuers, airlines, Google Flights and others. Their sites, offers and policies are theirs. If we add affiliate links, we may earn a commission when you apply through them; that does not change the price you pay and we will say so on the page.

Your content

Trips, cards, spending lists, profiles and messages are yours. You give us the right to store and process them to run the service. Do not upload anything illegal or that you have no right to share.

Our content

The site, its text, design and code are ours or licensed to us. Card names and artwork belong to the issuers and are shown to identify the cards. You may not copy, scrape, resell or build a competing dataset from the site.

Availability

We aim to keep the site up but do not promise it. Data comes from third parties and can be late, missing or wrong. We may change or withdraw features at any time.

Disclaimer and limits

The service is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, lost points, declined applications, missed offers, or booking outcomes. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA. Before any claim, email us and give us 30 days to resolve it. Claims are brought in the state or federal courts in Maricopa County, Arizona, and each side waives a jury trial where the law allows.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms; the date above changes and material changes are emailed. You may close your account at any time. We may end or suspend the service with notice, or at once for abuse.
