How it works
Pick the trip first, then the card that gets you there. Questions? See the FAQ.
- 1
Price the trip
On the home page, pick where you fly from, where you want to go, how many months away, the cabin and travelers, then press Search. We show the typical cash fare for that route and month.
- 2
Compare the runways
Each runway is one card that could get you there: its welcome offer, what that offer pays toward the fare, the spending it takes, and what you would still pay in cash. You get one runway per fee level; "Best for this trip" marks the one that leaves the least cash to pay. Pick an airline to see only cards whose points reach it.
- 3
Save it to your Dashboard
Pick a runway and sign in with Google. The trip lands on your Dashboard under My trips, with the card, how many months it takes, and progress toward the points. Plan another trip any time with the + button. Move a trip through Planning, Booked, Flown or Archived from its menu.
- 4
Add the cards you already have
In My cards, search for a card you hold and add it. Type its points balance and the month you opened it. A card you hold shows up as "Your card" on your searches, with what this trip needs from it. If you have several trips on one card, its points go to them in order; "Make this trip first" changes the order.
- 5
Link your banksPro
On Spending, press Connect a bank and sign in through Plaid. Match each card account to a card in My cards. From then on your real spending counts: progress toward each welcome offer, points earned since you typed your balance, and a month of spending by category that the plan uses. Fix a merchant's category once and every charge from it follows.
- 6
Use your card credits
Credits this month lists every recurring credit on your cards, like a monthly Uber or dining credit. Tick the ones you used. With Pro, linked cards tick themselves when the bank shows the charge or the statement credit.
- 7
Get remindersPro
We email you 30 and 7 days before a welcome offer's spend deadline if you have not hit it, 3 days before an unused credit resets, and when a trip has the points it needs. At most one email a day. The bell and Email switch next to each Dashboard heading turns that kind on or off.
- 8
Ask BoundPro
Tap Ask Bound at the bottom right of any page. It knows your cards, trips and spending, and answers questions like which card fits your spending or how to book a trip with points. Fill in Your profile on the Dashboard once so its answers fit you.
- 9
Book the trip
On a trip, press Find trip to see flights and prices by month and open them in Google Flights with your route, dates, cabin and travelers filled in. With Pro you also see which airlines your points reach, with links to search award seats and to transfer points.

Talk to a person
Want a second opinion? Book a 1-hour call with Moawia (@worldtravelwithmiles) from the home page or your Dashboard to plan your cards and trip together.
